Only those that meet our exacting standards are selected for our candidate pool. Our acid test is always "would we hire them?".......and those failing that test are not put through.

Clearly we believe our selection and training process will ensure success, but we know how important it is to get the right hire - so you always have control.

From our candidate pool, we will match those who we feel best match your specific needs (and typically no more than 3 people).  

 

You then bring them into your normal sales recruitment process. If (as we hope!) a Tevi graduate is selected and accepts your offer (they are normal high sort after...!) you will commence the onboarding process. After an agreed time (normally a month) the sales graduate then embarks on their sales training and coaching with Tevi.
